Position Summary: We are seeking a student or recent graduate with a vocation for service to provide comprehensive care, protection, and accompaniment to children aged 3 to 6 years, promoting their development and well-being. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive care and accompaniment for children. 2. Promotion of healthy habits and child development. 3. Ensuring children's physical and emotional well-being. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Student in the final cycles (8th, 9th, or 10th) or graduate of Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related fields. * Minimum one year of experience working with groups of children aged 3 to 6 years, preferably in group homes, educational institutions, or contexts of vulnerability. * Vocation for service, patience, empathy, and ability to provide emotional and affective support. * Communication, organizational, teamwork, and early childhood routine management skills. **FUNCTIONS:** * Provide comprehensive care, protection, and accompaniment to children aged 3 to 6 years. * Promote hygiene, nutrition, order, autonomy, and social coexistence habits appropriate to their developmental stage. * Accompany and supervise daily routines, recreational, educational, and developmental stimulation activities. * Ensure the physical, emotional, and safety well-being of children under their responsibility. * Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to monitor each child's development and needs. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Meals, basic utilities, and permanent on-site housing within the institution. * Corporate discounts through institutional agreements. * Opportunities for personal and professional growth within a social service environment.
