**Position:** Warehouse Analyst
**POP UP E.I.R.L.**, an advertising industry company dedicated to the production and installation of advertising materials, is seeking new talent for the position of **WAREHOUSE ANALYST**.
**Job Objective:**
Ensure proper administration, control, and supply of materials, equipment, and furniture, guaranteeing compliance with established procedures, inventory traceability, and efficient resource flow to all company departments.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
**Education**
* Technical or bachelor’s degree in Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
* Courses in Warehousing, Inventory Control, and Logistics.
* Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency.
**Experience**
* Minimum 2 years of experience in warehousing, purchasing, procurement, or supplier management, preferably in industrial or commercial sectors.
* Experience in inventory control, handling delivery notes and invoices, intermediate Excel skills, and logistics procedures.
**Job Functions:**
* Validate inventory stock levels based on monthly consumption and material turnover rates.
* Identify materials with high or low turnover, determining minimum and average stock levels.
* Prepare and submit the Purchase Request Form (LO\-FO\-002\) with required quantities and specifications.
* Maintain constant communication with the Purchasing, R\+D, and Quotation departments, sharing daily updated inventory reports.
* Receive materials, verifying delivery notes, invoices, and purchase orders prior to entry.
* Inspect received materials to validate quantity, brand, model, physical condition, and manufacturing or expiration dates.
* Notify the Purchasing department of any errors or non-conformities detected in received materials.
* Record incoming items in the Materials Inventory Control Form (AL\-FO\-005\) and inform the Logistics team about new arrivals.
* Archive invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders, ensuring proper preservation and traceability.
* Conduct monthly physical inventory counts at facilities, verifying quantities, locations, and discrepancies.
* Coordinate and supervise the receipt of imported goods, checking container seals, cargo condition, and accompanying documents.
**CONDITIONS**
* **Payroll:** From the first day of employment (vacation benefits, CTS, 50% bonus); regime: MYPE.
* **Working Hours: Monday to Saturday**
* **Monday to Friday:** 08:00 AM – 05:30 PM
* **Saturday:** 08:00 AM – 01:30 PM
