Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our team, performing account analysis, inventory reconciliations, monthly closings, and supporting the preparation of financial statements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Account analysis and accounting ledger management 2. Participation in monthly and tax closings 3. We are currently seeking your talent to fill the position of **Accounting Analyst** and strengthen our team. **RESPONSIBILITIES** · Analysis of accounting accounts. · Analysis of fixed asset cost. · Analysis of residual value. · Inventory reconciliation – sales. · Inventory period closing. · Review of accounts payable records. · Validation of account usage in accounting entries. · Preparation of monthly Purchases and Sales ledgers. · Weekly review of purchase and sales vouchers. · Monthly review of sales delivery guides. · Weekly petty cash reconciliation for warehouse. · Expense report recording. · Weekly reconciliation of e-commerce collections. · Monthly tax return preparation. · Responsibility for monthly tax closings. · Support in preparing financial statements (FS) in coordination with the General Accountant. · Other duties as assigned. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 18:30 Work Mode: On-site Location: Surco **REQUIREMENTS:** · University graduate in Accounting or related field. · Minimum 2 years of experience in this role. · Experience using accounting systems. **WHAT WE OFFER:** · Opportunity to join a reputable, stable, and growing company. · Formal employment contract with all statutory benefits. · 100% covered EPS (Health Insurance). · Career development path.
