Position Summary: We are seeking an accounting professional to ensure proper management and validation of vouchers, tax compliance, and preparation of financial statements. Key Highlights: 1. Manages and validates payment vouchers for accounting and tax execution. 2. Prepares and manages compliance with tax obligations. 3. Prepares and submits financial statements, and responds to SUNAT requests. We seek team members who embody our values: Honesty, teamwork, assertive communication, respect, excellence, humility, and proactivity. **Requirements:** * **Academic Background:** Bachelor's degree or graduate in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * **Experience:** 2–4 years in similar positions, with practical and demonstrable experience in: Purchase and sales recording; Accounting account analysis; Bank reconciliations; Management of accounts payable and receivable; Fixed asset and inventory/Kardex control; Handling of deductions, withholdings, and perceptions; Monthly accounting closings. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in Excel; Knowledge of Peruvian Financial Reporting Standards (NIF) and Peruvian tax legislation. * **Desirable:** Experience with ERP systems (especially NetSuite). **Main Responsibilities:** * **Voucher Management and Validation:** Ensure correct receipt, recording, and validation of all payment vouchers for accounting and tax execution. * **Tax Compliance:** Prepare and manage compliance with tax obligations, ensuring timely and accurate filing of declarations to avoid contingencies and penalties. * **Financial Statements:** Prepare, validate, and submit financial statements to management and external clients, guaranteeing completeness and delivery within established deadlines (no later than 5 days after tax filing). * **SUNAT Request Handling:** Ensure compliance with tax requests and audits issued by SUNAT, resolving observations efficiently. * **Financial Audit:** Prepare and organize information required for external financial audits, ensuring an unqualified opinion without significant observations. **We Offer Our Employees:** * Formal employment registration from the first day of work, including all statutory benefits. * 70% covered EPS (health insurance) for the employee. * Food allowance. * Corporate benefits. *In compliance with* ***Law No. 29973 – General Law for Persons with Disabilities and its Regulations****, ROLOPOM PERÚ S.A.C.* ***does not engage in discriminatory practices based on sex, race, religion, opinion, language, disability, or any other grounds****.
