**Job Objective:** Manage accounting processes related to bank reconciliations, account analysis, vendor management, payment processes, support in audit procedures, among others; and coordinate with the accounting outsourcing provider the recording of the company's financial information for the preparation of financial statements. **Responsibilities**: * Perform bank reconciliation for administrative current accounts in both soles and dollars at Banco Interbank, reporting this information and supporting documentation of processed transactions to the accounting outsourcing provider for proper recording. * Perform bank reconciliation for operational current accounts in dollars at Banco Interbank, reporting this information and supporting documentation of transactions to the accounting outsourcing provider for proper recording. * Perform bank reconciliation for operational current accounts in dollars at IFB Bank, reporting this information and supporting documentation of transactions to the accounting outsourcing provider for proper recording. (Novopayment Perú \- Visa Compensation in dollars) * Vendor Payment Management: Register invoices, manage validation of received invoices with the responsible department (authorized person), schedule invoice payments according to due dates, and coordinate with management the availability of funds to process payments. * Manage and keep the vendor database updated (new entries, deletions, and data updates). * Support internal, external, SBS, and transfer pricing audit processes. * Manage reconciliation of the company's petty cash funds. * Generate accounting entries for movements or transactions carried out by clients with master accounts in foreign currency. Likewise, report information for billing commission fees on dollar-denominated master accounts. * Reconcile receivables and payables accounts between related companies. * Determine the amount to be invoiced for expense recharges with affiliated companies. * Review daily the company's bank balance position, ensuring sufficient funds coverage for daily operations. * Manage, control the use and availability of the company's credit lines with financial institutions. * Manage and control funds provided as guarantees by the company to banking institutions. * Manage letters of guarantee: issuance, renewals, and monitoring of expiration dates to request corresponding releases from banks. * Report provisions for financial income and other income to the accounting outsourcing provider. * Report provisions for recurring and non-recurring expenses to the accounting outsourcing provider. * Reconcile and analyze assigned accounting accounts: Customer Advances, Third-Party Funds, Accounts Payable to Vendors, Advances from Third-Party Funds. * Manage and/or process payments related to payroll (salaries, bonuses, CTS, AFP payments, severance), tax payments, supplier payments, customer refunds, reimbursement and/or advance payments, etc. * Provide support in the invoicing process (backup). * Perform other duties as required by the immediate supervisor. * Comply with internal and external regulations applicable to SERVITEBCA in the performance of duties. * Comply with company policies and procedures for anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing (LA/FT). * Maintain confidentiality of personal data accessed during the performance of duties, complying with personal data protection regulations. * Comply with SGSST rules and instructions. * Participate in achieving objectives and activities outlined in the annual occupational health and safety program. * Report work-related accidents or incidents to the immediate supervisor. * Participate in the development of the hazard identification, risk assessment, and control matrix. **Requirements:** * Degree in Accounting * Minimum of three (3\) years of experience in similar roles
