Reception and database control in Billing. PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND: Technician or university graduate in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Availability to work in Fhiladelfia \- Ate and reside in nearby areas (Huaycán, Horacio Zevallos, Santa Clara, San Juan de Pariachi, Vitarte, Ñaña, Chosica, Carapongo). EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Minimum 1 year of experience. PROFILE: Provide administrative support in one of the following assigned areas: Warehouse, Billing, Purchasing, or Administration. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Microsoft Word. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. RESPONSIBILITIES: Administrative Area: Organize administrative documents and files, and prepare reports. Coordinate courier services and document distribution. Provide support for basic accounting and financial tasks. Manage physical and digital files of the department. Billing Area: Receive and maintain database control for shipping guides, invoices, purchases, services, and sales. Issue shipping guides. Maintain database control for accounts payable, credit, and promissory notes. Administer petty cash, income receipts, and mobility payroll sheets. Update and archive billing records in an orderly and accessible manner. Coordinate with the Accounting Department to ensure proper integration of billing data into accounting systems.
