Collaboration across various accounting and administrative areas We are currently seeking a professional to serve as an **ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \+ Accounting Transaction Recording: Enter daily company operations (purchases, sales, payments, collections, etc.) into the accounting system / ERP. \+ Bank Reconciliation: Compare accounting records with bank statements to ensure balance accuracy and correct discrepancies. \+ Accounts Receivable and Payable Management: Track customer receivables and supplier debts. \+ Maintenance of Accounting Files: Organize and archive accounting documentation (invoices, receipts, etc.). \+ Tax Preparation Support: Assist in collecting documents required for tax filings. \+ Inventory Control: Support inventory updates and control, ensuring record accuracy. \+ Personal Project Expense Report Control: Monitor and record related documents. \+ Petty Cash Expense Report Control: Monitor and record related documents. \+ Rental Payment Control: Verify the company's lease agreements. **REQUIREMENTS:** \+ Graduate or certified Technician in Accounting. \+ Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. \+ Experience using Concar. \+ Experience in accounting firms. **BENEFITS:** \+ Gross monthly salary of S/2000 \+ Contract from day one. \+ Full payroll benefits (vacation, bonuses, CTS, family allowance). \+ 48 working hours per week. \+ Timely and monthly payments. \+ Pleasant work environment. **Work Location: Lince (Reference: Javier Prado Metro Station)** APPLY NOW AND JOIN THE BEST TEAM!
