




Job Summary: An accounting firm is seeking an Accounting Assistant to provide advisory services in accounting, tax, labor, financial, and business matters, supporting various accounting and tax-related functions. REQUIREMENTS · Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in an accounting firm. · Graduate in Accounting (Technical or University degree). · Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. · Advanced proficiency in CONCAR CB/SQL software is mandatory. · Solid knowledge of VAT (IGV), Income Tax, Payment Vouchers, Withholding Taxes (Detracciones), and Labor Regimes. · Familiarity with the updated Chart of Accounts and accounting dynamics. · Excellent typing skills. · Organized, responsible, and committed to work. · Strong initiative, ability to make suggestions, and propose solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES: Tax calculation and filing, preparation of PDT 621, PLAME, AFPNET, T REGISTRO, Electronic Accounting Books (Journal, Ledger), SIRE, PDB for Exporters, bank reconciliations, accounting calculations and provisions, account analysis, application of Withholding Taxes (Detracciones), Perceptions, and Retentions, registration of imports and exports, support in preparing Financial Statements (EEFF) and accounting notes.
