Develop portfolio with real projects LP PASIÓN POR EL DERECHO is looking for talent in the Graphic Design area who can develop their skills and creativity. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Design and create graphic assets** for social media, websites, campaigns, and other internal projects. * **Adapt visual materials** to various formats and platforms while maintaining consistency with brand identity. * **Coordinate with internal departments** to understand requirements and develop effective visual proposals. * **Generate creative ideas and visual concepts** that add value to content and campaigns. * **Meet delivery deadlines promptly**, managing priorities efficiently. **Requirements:** * Technical or university education in **Graphic Design** or related fields. * **Minimum 6 months of experience** in graphic design (internships and freelance experience accepted). * Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or others). * Creativity, organization, and attention to detail. * Availability to work **100% on-site**. **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM** * **Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM** * Mode: **On-site** **Benefits:** * **Payroll enrollment from day one**, with all statutory benefits for MICROENTERPRISE. * Portfolio development with real projects.
