Technical and functional support with a focus on continuous improvement **Odoo Analyst Programmer** **Job Objective** Analyze, design, develop, implement, and provide support for technology solutions based on the **Odoo** platform, ensuring business process optimization, system integration, and proper functioning of modules used by the organization. **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Sciences, or related fields. * Preferred specialization or certifications in ERP development and technology project management. **Experience** * Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an Odoo Analyst Programmer or Developer. * Proven experience in implementation, customization, and support of Odoo modules. * Experience in gathering and analyzing user requirements. * Desired experience in integrating Odoo with external systems, e-commerce platforms, electronic invoicing applications, and business intelligence tools. **Technical Knowledge** **Mandatory** * Development on the Odoo platform (Community and/or Enterprise versions). * Python programming language. **Desirable** * Integrations with electronic invoicing systems. * Power BI or other data analysis tools. * Knowledge of business processes: sales, procurement, inventory, accounting, logistics, and human resources. **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze functional and technical requirements from various company departments. * Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules according to business needs. * Implement process improvements and automation within the ERP. * Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the Odoo platform. * Develop integrations between Odoo and external systems. * Manage PostgreSQL database queries and optimization. * Conduct unit, functional, and integration testing of developed solutions. * Document developments, configurations, and technical procedures. * Provide technical and functional support to internal users. * Train users on newly implemented functionalities. * Monitor system performance and propose continuous improvements. * Participate in digital transformation and process improvement projects. **Competencies** **Technical** * AI-based development * Systems analysis and design * Software development * Application integration * Technical documentation **Soft Skills** * Analytical thinking * Results orientation * Problem solving * Effective communication * Teamwork * Proactivity and innovation * Organizational and planning ability **Desirable Conditions** * Availability to handle critical incidents outside regular working hours when required. * Ability to interact with users across different departments and organizational levels. * Focus on continuous improvement and optimization of business processes through technology. **Working Conditions:** * Hybrid work, Monday to Friday (La Molina) * Use of personal work equipment.
