Job Summary: Crisar Logística is seeking a Pricing Analyst to design, analyze, and manage pricing strategy for national and international transport and distribution services, focusing on cost optimization and profitability. Develop advanced costing models and scenario simulations At **Crisar Logística**, we are looking for a passionate **Pricing Analyst** with expertise in financial strategy, data, and logistics. You will be the driving force responsible for designing, analyzing, and managing the pricing strategy for our national and international transport and distribution services. **Your primary objective will be to optimize costs and maximize business profitability, ensuring competitiveness in every tender through advanced costing models and scenario simulation.** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare quotations and structure tariff schemes * Design the **Master Tariff** for customers and carrier networks. * Adjust tariffs based on market fluctuations, inflation, tolls, and fuel prices. * Calculate the actual cost per trip, route, and vehicle type. * Develop costing models considering all operational variables: * Proactively identify margin leakage and cost optimization opportunities. * Analyze and monitor **Gross and Contribution Margins** * Develop financial scenario simulations to assess the viability of new projects. * Design and automate pricing performance dashboards in **Power BI and Advanced Excel**. * Optimize calculation methodologies and drive digital transformation in quotation processes. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * Minimum 2 years of experience in Pricing Analyst, Pricing, Cost Analyst, Logistics Planning, or Commercial Analyst roles * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI * Willingness to travel * Valid passport and active U.S. visa **COMPETENCIES** * Analytical and Numerical Reasoning * Results- and Metrics-Oriented * Attention to Detail * Effective Communication and Negotiation * Adaptability **WE OFFER** * Formal employment under Peru's General Regime * Work modality: 100% on-site \- San Isidro * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Salary: S/.4,000\.00 \- S/.4,500\.00 per hour Application question(s): * Do you hold a valid passport and active U.S. visa?
