We seek a proactive individual with strong customer service skills and sales orientation who wishes to join a dynamic team. **Responsibilities:** * In-store direct customer service * Product advisory for hardware items * Sales generation and customer loyalty * Acquisition of repeat customers * Support in product organization and restocking * Basic inventory control * Support in receiving merchandise * Cash handling (collections and daily closing) * Issuance of payment receipts * Coordination with the team to ensure store operations * Maintaining order and cleanliness of the work area **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education * Minimum 6 months’ experience in customer service or sales * Strong customer service skills and communication abilities * Proactivity and results orientation * Honesty and responsibility * Availability for on-site work **Conditions:** * Work location: Surco (Óvalo Higuereta – near Cabitos Station) * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm * Payment method: Honorarium receipt Salary: S/.1,400\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
