Job Summary: We are seeking a recent graduate of Technical Accounting with experience to assist in accounting and financial functions, providing support to management. Key Highlights: 1. Professional development in an in-person environment. **REQUIREMENTS** * Recent graduate of the Technical Accounting program * Excel proficiency: Intermediate or advanced level * Power BI knowledge (desirable) * Experience: Minimum of 6 months in similar positions * Effective communication, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, concentration, proactivity, organization, and empathy * High degree of commitment and professional ethics **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Issuance and submission of invoices upon receipt of all requirements requested by clients * Assist in scheduling Accounts Payable according to established credit terms and payment schedules * Provide up-to-date economic and financial information to General Management * Review employee payroll for payment processing * Perform bank reconciliations * Support processing of credit requests submitted by various departments, and subsequently track each request to ensure submission of corresponding supporting documents * Perform other duties assigned by General Management consistent with the nature of the position **Applicants who do not meet the stated requirements will not be considered.** Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
