Job Summary: A logistics professional responsible for end-to-end warehouse management, process optimization, and regulatory compliance to ensure efficient and safe operations. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end inventory and dispatch management, optimizing logistics resources. 2. Warehouse administration and control under strict safety standards. 3. Active participation in process improvement and compliance with ISO regulations. Responsibilities: * Prepare inventory, dispatch, non-conforming product, and management KPI reports. * Request master data creation in SAP to facilitate sales, procurement, and inventory processes. * Schedule logistics resources (e.g., palletizing, forklifts) for product receipt and dispatch. * Monitor warehouse, magazine, and yard maintenance (cleaning, certifications, MSDS). * Manage warehouse capacity and organization according to regulations and safety standards. * Identify non-conformities and incident action plans; report substandard acts or conditions. * Comply with the **ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 tri-standard**, internal policies, and proper use of PPE. * Promote open communication and a positive work environment within the team and across departments. * Propose improvements to receiving, storage, and dispatch processes by applying new technologies. * Address internal and external customer requirements while complying with safety, environmental, and regulatory authority standards (SUCAMEC, SUNAT). Requirements: **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * **Specific Knowledge:** + Logistics and warehouse management. + SUCAMEC regulations. + Handling of hazardous materials. + Class A1 driver's license. * **Organizational Competencies:** Safety and environmental awareness, results orientation, teamwork, innovation, and leadership. * **Tools:** MS Office (intermediate level) and SAP (intermediate level). * **Languages:** Basic English. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in logistics operations, preferably in warehousing and/or production. * Reside in Huaura or nearby areas.
