Position Summary: We are seeking a Technological Security Specialist to design, lead, and supervise electronic security system projects, coordinate teams, and manage technical emergencies. Our client, a business group specializing in the maintenance, security, and optimization of real estate properties, has entrusted us with identifying the most qualified professional for the position of: TECHNOLOGICAL SECURITY SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS: JOB PROFILE: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, or related fields. Complementary courses in fire alarm detection, cameras or CCTV, pedestrian and vehicle access control, automation, and technology integration. Minimum three (3) years of experience in similar positions (e.g., project manager) or related roles. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Design and lead the strategic preventive and corrective maintenance plan for electronic security systems (DACI, CCTV, access control, automation, and system integration). \- Supervise and validate the execution of installation, migration, or expansion projects for electronic security systems, ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards. \- Lead and coordinate the assigned technical team, assigning tasks, validating performance, and ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. \- Prepare management reports, operational diagnostics, and proposals for continuous improvement to optimize resources and processes. \- Manage responses to technical emergencies during operations, ensuring rapid and effective solutions that minimize operational risks. \- Review and approve quotations, technical proposals, and budgets related to maintenance, installations, or improvements of electronic security infrastructure. \- Ensure strict compliance with occupational safety protocols during field activities. \- Conduct technical inspections and internal audits of system functionality at organizational sites or facilities. \- Represent the department in interdepartmental meetings, providing technical and strategic support on electronic security matters. \- Perform other duties assigned by Management within the scope of competence and responsibility. Training (Required additional specialization or courses): \- Complementary courses in fire alarm detection, cameras or CCTV, pedestrian and vehicle access control, automation, and technology integration. c. Experience (Required duration in prior positions or performing similar functions, expressed in months, years, etc.): \- Minimum three (3) years of experience in similar positions (e.g., project manager) or related roles.
