Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive gastronomy professional to prepare dishes, inspect food items, and maintain the workplace area according to brand standards. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to work within a committed and responsible team **Requirements:** * Completed or near-completion of a Gastronomy degree. Related studies (non-degree) accepted. * Minimum 6 months of relevant experience. * Must reside in areas adjacent to Barranco or near Metropolitano routes. * Dynamic, proactive, committed, responsible, and punctual. * Availability to work from Thursday to Sunday. **Responsibilities:** * Inspect food items for freshness and quality. * Clean and organize the workplace area. * Store food items in appropriate locations (pantry, refrigerator, freezer, etc.). * Prepare dishes according to brand standards. * Perform mise en place. * Wash dishes and pots (on-demand, not primary responsibility). * Any other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Statutory benefits\-Payroll (MYPE) microenterprise registration. * 15 days of vacation.
