Our people make the difference in our success. **Employment Type:** Regular (Undefined) **What Are We Looking For?** RESPONSIBILITIES: * Design wow learning experiences: Understand training needs aligned with the bank’s strategic objectives; Validate and ensure appropriate learning content; Update learning content; and organize end-to-end workflow within the training team. * Coordinate the execution and demand management model for Training and Development: Coordinate proper planning and organization of training; Ensure high-quality execution and adherence to agreed service standards; and ensure appropriate post-training follow-up. * Coordinate the execution of the bank’s development processes: Plan and organize activities according to global and local calendars; Coordinate with various stakeholders and clients to ensure effective communication rollout for these processes; and provide support and incident resolution/advisory services to internal clients. * Ensure compliance with agreed service levels and defined KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across all processes under responsibility—identifying improvement opportunities and pursuing excellence: Ensure compliance with training activity metrics and irene; Ensure compliance with development metrics; Analyze training and development metrics to establish action plans; Propose strategic improvements to end-to-end processes. * Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor and drive continuous improvement of the role.
