Job Summary:
We are seeking a Selection Assistant to manage recruitment processes, interviews, and onboarding coordination, contributing to family nutrition and well-being.
Key Highlights:

**Responsibilities:**
Review personnel requisition forms to ensure compliance with recruitment and selection process guidelines.
Review job profiles with internal clients.
Post assigned vacancies across various job boards.
Conduct field recruitment and mass interviews when required.
Manage candidate sourcing to maintain a broad and sufficient backup pool for selection processes and required mass hiring initiatives.
Perform telephone, internal, and curriculum-based candidate screening.
Schedule and conduct competency-based interviews to validate each applicant's professional profile.
Schedule interviews with internal clients and provide advisory support regarding interview execution.
Prepare employment reference reports for selected candidates.
Coordinate and schedule pre-employment medical examinations.
Prepare the Psycholaboral Report for selected candidates.
Request and collect documentation for personal file assembly.
Coordinate with the requesting department the start date of the selected candidate.
Prepare and submit the layout to the People Administration team.
Schedule and facilitate corporate induction for new hires and maintain up-to-date induction records.
Manage internal staff movements.
Participate in and organize job fairs and employability workshops to promote the employer brand.
Maintain an updated process chart.
Send process status updates to internal clients.
Develop and keep updated area performance indicators.
Other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.

Requirements
**Requirements:**
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (mandatory).
6 months of experience in similar positions or as an intern.
Experience in mass hiring processes (mandatory).
Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
Availability to work onsite in Huacho.
