Because the challenges you’ll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive and streamline profile requests (assignment and removal of profiles). * Log supporting tickets for required changes. * Coordinate with the project team to manage requirements. * Coordinate with Information Security and Defensive Security teams to formalize approved accesses (updating matrices). * Escalate incidents or blockers to support teams. * Prepare a monthly report detailing tasks performed each month. * Administer onboarding, offboarding, and modification requests for Servers (Windows and Linux) and Databases (Oracle and SQL). * Administer server and database access via BeyondTrust (PAM platform). * Ensure access levels are appropriate for each user based on their role and responsibilities. * Implement and maintain controls to prevent unauthorized access. * Reactivate expired access tickets for servers and databases. * Propose and implement automation of access management processes using IAM (Identity and Access Management) tools. * Optimize access management processes to ensure faster response times and reduce manual errors. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Networking, Computer Science, or related fields. Bachelor's degree or higher. * Minimum 3 years of experience performing functions as a Cyber Security Specialist. * Knowledge of alert administration and management. * Familiarity with IAM tools. * Knowledge of PowerShell. * Familiarity with SIEM tools. * PAM platform certification is desirable. Certifications: * Cybersecurity certifications. * Intermediate\-Advanced Excel certification. * ITIL V4 **Additional Information** * Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM, with optional after-hours work previously scheduled (no more than 4 times per month).
