We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our team at Instituto San Pablo, an institution offering holistic training grounded in academic excellence, human values, and real employability. **Main Responsibilities:** * Record and maintain updated ledgers and auxiliary records in accordance with applicable regulations. * Receive and enter into the IQSOFT accounting system all requirements and requests (invoices). * Enter administrative and teaching staff honorarium receipts into the system. * Perform tax settlements. * Prepare provisions for CTS, bonuses, vacations, and insurance. * Review daily sales register reports. * Review and record logistics invoices. * Conduct bank reconciliations, cash reconciliations, and fixed asset controls. * Prepare and submit Electronic Books, SIRE SUNAT, and tax obligations (PDT 621, 617, PLAME, Annual Tax Return). * Review accounting documentation and ensure proper archiving. * Support preparation of financial statements and monthly reports. * Participate in internal and external audits. * Ensure compliance with current accounting and tax regulations. **Requirements:** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree or certified professional in Accounting. **Experience** * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions as Accounting Analyst. **Knowledge** * Payroll management. * Audit management. * Knowledge of Finance and updated IFRS standards. * Proficiency in IQ SOFT (not mandatory). * Proficiency in Electronic Books, PLE, and SIRE SUNAT. * Knowledge of taxes: PDT 621, PDT 617, PLAME, and Annual Tax Return. * Intermediate proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook), especially Excel for accounting data handling and analysis. **We Offer:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits from day one. * Access to exclusive corporate discounts for you and your family. * Preferential rates for medical services at our network of Grupo San Pablo clinics. * Special discounts at Aranwa Hotels—ideal for your relaxation time. * Benefits for academic programs at Instituto San Pablo, supporting your continued professional development. * A genuine career path. **Additional Information:** * Monthly remuneration of S/2000\.00 * Immediate availability Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,001\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
