Job Summary:
Accounting Analyst with experience in collective funds, responsible for recording and analyzing accounting transactions, preparing reconciliations, and generating financial reports.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Record and analyze accounting transactions related to collective funds (contributions, allocations, refunds, administrative expenses, among others).
* Prepare and review bank reconciliations for accounts managed under collective funds.
* Monitor and analyze specific accounting accounts within this area (accounts receivable from associates, managed funds, provisions, among others).
* Prepare periodic financial reports for collective funds for management and regulatory authorities (SMV).
* Support the preparation of financial statements and annexes.
* Conduct variance analysis and substantiate accounting balances.
* Coordinate with other departments (operations, treasury, legal) to validate financial information.
* Address internal and external audit requirements.
* Maintain up-to-date accounting records in the ERP and/or SISCONT system.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Bachelor's degree or professional title in Accounting.
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in collective funds or financial institutions.
* Knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS) and sector-specific regulations.
* Proficiency in accounting ERP systems and/or SISCONT.
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
