We are currently searching for top talent to fill the position of **PROGRAMMER ANALYST**, whose primary responsibility will be to ensure the availability, stability, and continuous improvement of the organization's core systems (XHIS, HCIS, ERP, and their integrations), resolving Level 3 incidents with technical judgment, effective communication with users and vendors, and a proactive, process-oriented problem-solving attitude. **Requirements:** · Technical professional degree or Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, or related Information Technology fields. · Minimum 2 years of experience in Core Systems support, Hospital IT, or ERP environments. · Intermediate knowledge of SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle; stored procedures, query optimization, and log analysis. · Familiarity with Windows Server operating system (basic administration, service and event management) and Linux (commands, logs, services). · Monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG, etc. · Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, application ports; troubleshooting using basic tools (PING, NETSTAT, TRACERT). · Experience with HIS/ERP systems, XHIS, HCIS, XRIS, or other hospital environment systems. · Availability to work onsite in central Lima from **Monday to Saturday, 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM.** **Responsibilities:** · Manage Level 3 incidents\. · Escalation and communication with vendors. · Creation and modification of forms. · Monitoring and maintenance of systems and servers. · Performing application updates and version deployments. **Benefits:** · Formal employment under the MYPE labor regime starting on Day 1. · Competitive market-aligned salary. · Statutory Life Insurance and SCTR. · Ongoing training. · Career progression and growth opportunities in technology.
