Position Summary: We are seeking a Management Assistant to execute commercial strategies, strengthen customer relationships, and improve commercial management indicators. Key Responsibilities: 1. We are currently seeking a MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT. **Objective:** The primary objective of this position is to execute commercial strategies that increase the number of accounts, strengthen relationships with our customers, and improve commercial management indicators. **Responsibilities:** \- Administrative support related to commercial operations. \- Scheduling commercial visits and/or virtual meetings with customers. \- Managing the customer database. \- Preparing and sending quotations to customers. \- Managing and following up on customer collections. **Requirements:** \- Students or graduates in Administration, International Trade, International Business, or related university or technical programs. \- Strong oral and written communication skills. \- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. \- Female candidates aged 18–29. \- Willingness to travel (not mandatory) **Benefits:** \- Salary: S/1,200 – S/1,500 \- Full-time / Part-time schedule \- Annual bonus based on KPI achievement \- Professional development and career path \- Work modality: Hybrid Position Type: Full-time, Internship Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
