Job stability at a solid company **FINANCIAL ASSISTANT** Location: Pueblo Libre A company with over 30 years of experience in construction materials distribution is seeking a Financial Assistant to support financial information analysis, control, and recordkeeping, contributing to corporate decision-making. Main Responsibilities * Analyze and reconcile credit notes for merchandise discrepancies. * Support bank account income and expense reconciliations, identifying unrecorded discrepancies. * Manage the exchange of accounts receivable into negotiable invoices and promissory notes (discounted documents). * Assist in developing financial procedures. * Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets and forecasts. * Analyze financial statements to support management decision-making. * Maintain up-to-date and organized financial document control. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
