Job Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Assistant to support the implementation and monitoring of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in risk identification and mitigation. We are currently seeking a female candidate to fill the position of ***SSOMA Assistant*** ***Requirements***: * Graduates in Occupational Safety and Health Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Risk Prevention Technician, or related fields * Minimum 3 months of experience in the field * Knowledge of Law No. 29783 (Occupational Safety and Health Law) and its amendments * Competencies: continuous learning, teamwork, results orientation, problem solving, communication, emotional intelligence * Knowledge of the Integrated Management System ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 (Mandatory) * Knowledge of current Occupational Safety and Health regulations (Law No. 29783 and its regulation) ***Responsibilities***: * Participation in external audits * Participation in standardization processes * Support the implementation and monitoring of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System * Organize, update, and control documentation, records, IPERC matrices, minutes, reports, and indicators * Support the planning and monitoring of trainings, safety talks, inductions, drills, and inspections * Conduct site visits to offices and projects to identify risks, unsafe conditions, and opportunities for improvement * Follow up on the closure of observations, preventive actions, and corrective actions * Support active breaks, healthy lifestyle campaigns, and preventive activities * Report progress to the immediate supervisor ***Benefits***: * Career path * Market-competitive salary * Excellent working climate. **How to Apply?** Send your updated CV along with your portfolio to **rrhh@gamtgroup.com**, indicating in the subject line: “Safety Engineering Assistant”. ***If you seek new challenges and professional growth within a dynamic and innovative environment, this opportunity is for you.*** ***Apply and grow with us.*** Salary: Starting from S/.1,200\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
