Position Summary: Lead B2B solutions and automation projects, translating business needs into technical requirements and coordinating teams to ensure scalable solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Manage communication with stakeholders and business users **Responsibilities** * Lead end-to-end B2B solutions and automation projects, from requirements gathering through implementation and stabilization. * Translate business needs into technical requirements, user stories, and specifications for development teams. * Plan and monitor project scope, schedule, milestones, and resources, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions. * Coordinate with architects, developers, and technical teams to resolve impediments and ensure scalable, high-quality solutions. * Manage communication with stakeholders and business users, keeping them informed about project progress, priorities, and outcomes. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a developer or analyst in software development and/or automation projects. * Experience in development or analysis using Python, Power Automate, or similar tools, as well as in consuming and orchestrating services. * Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum and experience in technology project management. * Analytical ability, results orientation, effective communication skills, and capability to manage multiple requirements and technical teams.
