Position Summary: We are seeking an analytical and organized professional, passionate about data, to support document management, processes, and continuous improvement—building reports and monitoring KPIs. If you are passionate about data and wish to grow professionally, this is your opportunity. **What will you do?** * Support in document and process management. * Participation in continuous improvement projects. * Preparation and updating of internal procedures and documentation. * Project tracking and progress control. * Feeding and updating of logistics databases. * Development and maintenance of Power BI reports and dashboards. * Monitoring and tracking of operational indicators (KPIs). * Direct support to the Head of Internal Control. * Reporting of operational incidents and risks. **Requirements** * Graduate of Industrial Engineering. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas). * Intermediate Power BI and intermediate SQL (mandatory). * Knowledge of process-based management. * Analytical ability, organization, and attention to detail. * Proactivity and teamwork. **What do we offer?** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Training provided by partner vendors. * Food card. * Participation in improvement and Digital Transformation projects. * Job stability within a solid and growing company.
