We seek a committed, organized, and results-oriented professional to join our team as a **Clearance Assistant**. **Requirements** * Graduate in International Business, Foreign Trade, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Availability for on-site work in the district of San Miguel. * Experience in billing and/or document management. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Intermediate English (desirable). **Main Responsibilities** * Manage payment requests and regularization processes through the SINTAD system. * Prepare and issue payment vouchers (invoices), ensuring correct numbering and validity. * Prepare and organize documentation for operational procedures (B/L, endorsements, letters, etc.). * Review and endorse air waybills for import and export, verifying information accuracy. * Coordinate and manage demurrage payments with various shipping lines. * Request Gate In with credit via the SINTAD system. * Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, providing timely solutions or escalating as appropriate. * Manage receipt of payments (checks, bank transfers, and deposits), verifying proper validation. * Organize, archive, and safeguard operational documentation and vouchers, ensuring traceability and compliance with internal policies. * Coordinate and assign field staff to execute operational tasks. **Benefits** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Statutory benefits: CTS, bonuses, vacation, ESSALUD, SCTR, and Life Insurance Law. * Positive work environment and opportunity for professional development.
