Position Summary: Responsible for supervising, coordinating, and leading the efficient and safe management of medical equipment, ensuring its availability and optimization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the management of medical equipment and replacement plans. 2. Develop strategies for efficient equipment management. 3. Supervise and coordinate engineering teams. **Job Description** ---------------------- "Ensure equipment safety, availability, utilization, and cost-efficient expenditure. 1\. Supervise and coordinate the activities of Analysts and Engineers at branch locations. Ensure compliance with Sustainability, Reception, and User Satisfaction indicators. 2\. Serve as the technical super-user and provide support to Analysts and Engineers at branch locations. 3\. Lead the development of the Medical Equipment Sustainability Budget and Replacement Plans, prioritizing patient safety and business profitability. 4\. Develop new strategies for efficient equipment management, resource optimization, and standardization. 5\. Develop continuity-of-operations plans. 6\. Ensure that documentation for the Clinical Engineering Quality Management System is available, up-to-date, and regularly reviewed (in relevant areas). 7\. Responsible for the training and development plan for Clinical Engineering Analysts. 8\. Support Equipment Procurement and AUNA Projects as required. 9\. Adhere to Patient Safety Policies and promote compliance with Required Organizational Practices. 10\. Comply with the Person-Centered Care Policy or "Foster a person-centered care culture by delivering high-quality, compassionate care." **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * + Degree in Electronic, Electrical, Computer, Mechatronics, or Biomedical Engineering + 4 years of experience in medical equipment management and/or Clinical Engineering. + Advanced English proficiency preferred. + Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency preferred. * Theoretical and practical knowledge of medical equipment within their specialty, at both user and technical levels * + Experience in medical equipment sustainability and procurement. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
