Requirements * Graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or commercial support roles, preferably within the real estate sector. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * CRM platform experience (Sperant) is desirable. Responsibilities * Coordinate and monitor internal sales-related processes: purchase commitments, contracts, reservations, etc. * Collect, verify, and forward customer documentation to respective departments: Legal, Credit, and Notary. * Maintain up-to-date records of reservations, closings, and deliveries in internal systems. * Organize and manage physical and digital sales files. * Coordinate with internal departments to supply technical information required by sales advisors. * Provide administrative support for delivery scheduling and initial post-sales processes. * Prepare reports and presentations for commercial department meetings.
