The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and tracking assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with the digital strategy and supporting strategic processes alongside the senior team. **Main Responsibilities** * Social media monitoring and management. * Tracking metrics and performance analysis. * Crisis management across digital channels. * Identification and tracking of digital trends. * Preparation of reports and data analysis. * Support in monthly content planning. * Participation in strategic processes alongside the senior team. * Support in additional projects such as digital proposals or tenders, as available. **Requirements** * Minimum **1 year of experience in a media agency or digital marketing**. * Currently enrolled in or completed undergraduate or technical studies in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. * Availability to work **on-site**. * Experience managing multiple digital accounts. **Knowledge and Tools** * Social media monitoring and metrics tracking. * Social listening. * Social media crisis management. * Reporting and data analysis. * **Meta Business Manager**. * **Meta Creator Studio**. * **TikTok Analytics**. * Knowledge of **digital advertising (preferred)**. **We Offer** * Market-competitive salary. * Excellent work environment. * Opportunities for professional growth.
