Opportunity for professional development. **COMPENSATION AND PAYROLL SPECIALIST** **SOHO COLOR** is seeking a **Compensation and Payroll Specialist** to join our Human Resources team. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Comprehensively manage payroll and benefits administration. * Prepare and validate calculations for salaries, commissions, bonuses, and incentives. * Administer salary structures and compensation bands. * Analyze internal equity and salary competitiveness. * Supervise compliance with labor and social security obligations. * Manage timely filing of AFP and PDT reports. * Coordinate labor audits and internal reviews. * Propose improvements to compensation and benefits policies. * Ensure confidentiality of salary information. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum of **4 to 6 years of experience in compensation and payroll**. * Knowledge of current labor and social security legislation. * Experience in payroll and labor benefits calculations. * Advanced **Excel** proficiency. * Familiarity with payroll systems or ERP software. * Knowledge of labor cost analysis, budgeting, and compensation metrics. * Basic English proficiency. **CORE COMPETENCIES** * Results-oriented. * Proactive. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Integrity and commitment. * Customer orientation. **WORK SCHEDULE** * **Monday to Friday:** 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **(Remote Work)** **WE OFFER** * Employment under the **MYPE** regime. * Opportunity for professional development. * Integration into a Human Resources team. **If you meet the profile and have solid experience in compensation and payroll, we invite you to apply!** Salary: S/.2,700\.00 \- S/.3,300\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
