Credit and Collections Analyst We are seeking a results-oriented professional to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring the company's liquidity by comprehensively and independently managing the entire credit and collections cycle. **Responsibilities:** * Collection Strategy: Design and implement effective collection plans to reduce delinquency (both active and inactive). * Income Management: Record daily income and issue payment receipts (invoices, sales receipts, credit/debit notes). * Accounting Entry: Ensure accurate recording of sales and income in the CONCAR system. * Monitoring and Reporting: Maintain an up-to-date customer database, issue account statements, and prepare managerial reports on delinquency and accounts receivable. * Coordination: Oversee collections management across all branches. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience, including at least 1 year in Credit and Collections functions. * Proven experience using the CONCAR accounting system. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. **Work Modality:** * Modality: On-site – Santiago de Surco * Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Employment type: Formal payroll under the MYPE regime.
