Job Summary: We are seeking a cybersecurity and infrastructure analyst to advance cybersecurity efforts and participate in infrastructure improvement projects. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a cybersecurity and infrastructure analyst eager to work within our multidisciplinary teams. **What challenge are we offering you?** · You will continuously engage with technological updates and drive cybersecurity initiatives. · You will participate in cybersecurity projects and infrastructure enhancements across the company. **What Are We Looking For?** · Professional with a degree in Systems Engineering or Technical Certification in Systems Computing. · Knowledge of security standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, etc. · Familiarity with IT service management frameworks like ITIL. · Knowledge of cloud platforms: Azure/AWS/GCP. **Requirements: Infrastructure Support and Cybersecurity** · 3 years of experience as an incident analyst supporting business continuity for the client's critical systems. · 3 years of experience in technical support for servers, networks, and information security. · Knowledge of cloud platforms: Azure/AWS/GCP. · Knowledge of cybersecurity. · Knowledge of risk management and ethical hacking. **Responsibilities:** · Propose technical solutions to resolve incidents and requests at the first level (N1\). · Coordinate meetings with vendors for security assessments. · Identify root causes of incidents escalated by end-user departments. · Document and implement procedures to ensure business continuity and prevent recurrence of incidents.
