Growth opportunity **Data Analyst Required!** At **Pacific Trade**, we are looking for a results-oriented **Data Analyst** with analytical focus and proficiency in technological tools, who wishes to grow within a dynamic and innovative environment. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in data analysis. * Advanced proficiency in **SQL, Power BI, and Looker Studio**. * Experience managing CRM systems (**Salesforce, HubSpot, Hilos, Vtiger**). * Knowledge of **Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, SEO, and SEM**. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Analytical ability, critical thinking, and results orientation. **Responsibilities:** * Extract, clean, and analyze data using SQL. * Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI and Looker Studio. * Analyze key metrics: leads, conversions, CPL, CPC, and ROI. * Integrate and analyze data from CRM systems and digital platforms. * Generate insights to support strategic decision-making. * Propose process improvements and automation. **Working Hours:** * Monday–Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. * Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. **Location:** Miraflores **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Timely bi-weekly payments. * Job stability and growth opportunity.
