Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Analyst to consolidate operational information, prepare management reports, and analyze trends for a leading fiber-optic internet company. Key Highlights: 1. Our client, a prominent Peruvian company expanding nationwide and specializing in fiber-optic internet services, has entrusted us with the search for a **Data Analyst** for its **San Miguel, Lima** office. What are the main responsibilities? * Consolidate operational information sourced from the general system. * Prepare management indicator reports. * Monitor compliance with operational KPIs and service-level agreements. * Analyze trends, incidents, and operational deviations. * Track service quality indicators and customer satisfaction metrics. * Generate dashboards and executive presentations for management. * Identify opportunities for improvement in operational and post-sales support processes. * Maintain up-to-date databases and management history records. What are we looking for? * Students or graduates in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, database management, performance indicators, and dashboard development. * Service-oriented, dynamic, organized, and collaborative individual.
