Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Analyst to collect, clean, and prepare data; model data structures; perform exploratory data analysis; and create business dashboards. Key Highlights: 1. Business analysis experience and KPI definition. 2. Proficiency in Power BI, Google Data Studio, and agile methodologies. 3. Development of dynamic dashboards, ETL processes, and use of DAX. * Technical or university graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields. * Experience in business analysis, KPI definition, and dashboard design and development. * Knowledge of DAX language, Power Query, and Transact\-SQL. * Knowledge of SQL, Postgres Database, Data Lake, and Blob Storage. * Experience with agile methodologies: Scrum and Kanban (desirable). * Proficiency in Power BI and Google Data Studio. **Responsibilities:** * Data analyst responsible for the following tasks: * Collect, clean, and prepare data from various sources. * Model data structures for analysis. * Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns. * Create dashboards and reports using data to answer specific business questions. * Identify improvement opportunities. **Functions** * Functional analysis and indicator proposal. * Creation of dynamic dashboards and interactive filters. * Development of stored procedures and functions in SQL Server. * RPA development. * ETL development. * Use of DAX for advanced calculations and measures. * Development and design of control panels. * Data analytics and Machine Learning. * Collect and analyze complex datasets from diverse sources to identify key trends, patterns, and insights. * Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports that deliver meaningful and actionable information to company stakeholders. * Conduct in-depth data analysis using statistical techniques and data visualization tools to uncover opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and revenue growth. * Prepare and present reports, conclusions, and recommendations to stakeholders, including executive leadership, to support data-driven decision-making. * Python development experience is desirable.
