Foster a data-driven mindset across the company. **Date:** Mar 12, 2026 **Location:** LIMA, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Support Alicorp's digital transformation process through its data governance program. As a Senior Data Governance Analyst, you will play a key role by working with Data Owners and Data Stewards to define data domains, policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with Alicorp's data governance framework. You will gain deep knowledge of core business processes and contribute to fostering a data-driven mindset within Alicorp.**What will you do in this role?** * Conduct systematic diagnosis, analysis, proposal, and follow-up of data improvement plans * Define data quality controls and rules jointly with the Data Owner/Data Steward * Establish and identify data domains, subdomains, and data roles such as Data Owner, KPI Owner, Data Steward, and Head of Data * Design, implement, and monitor processes related to data lineage, data quality, business glossary, technical and functional metadata, data valuation, among others * Support identification and documentation of business use cases within data domains **What do we need from you?** * Bachelor's degree or completed technical program — Computer Science / Systems / Industrial Engineering * Knowledge of business processes in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector / Alicorp (desirable) * 5 years of experience in data governance or related fields * Experience in project management * More than 3 years of team leadership experience * Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions
