Collaborates in continuous improvement and workplace climate. **Job Description** ---------------------- Lead a designated team and incentivize the achievement of objectives set on the platform. * Achieve team KPI targets by supporting executives—answering questions during consultations and advising on client negotiations—and tracking performance management. * Monitor executives to identify gaps; provide feedback to implement corrective actions. * Ensure the team has and uses up-to-date product information to guarantee compliance with quality policies. * Maximize executives' productive time through methods, management, and continuous tracking. * Safeguard and promote proper management of applications and assets under the team’s responsibility. * Conduct meetings with team members to analyze operational indicator trends and propose improvement plans. * Participate in calibration sessions with the Quality and Training department to align evaluation criteria. * Collaboratively develop improvement plans based on service indicators. * Contribute to a positive workplace climate by organizing activities with the team. * Comply with the company’s Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies and regulations. * Ensure adherence to requirements established in the Quality Management System. * Perform any other duties inherent to the position, as well as those assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Follow procedures and guidelines specified for the Quality Management System. * Comply with organizational policies and regulations. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Academic Background: Technical or University degree (preferred) * Personnel management experience (preferred) * Advanced Office skills (preferred) **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira—a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
