Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Document Control professional to manage and coordinate document control for mining/construction projects, ensuring quality standards and documentary support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Management and coordination of document control in complex projects.
2. Ensuring project and company quality assurance procedures and standards.
3. Supporting the team in using the document management system and related procedures.

Our team in Peru is expanding, and we are currently recruiting a Senior Document Control professional to join our San Isidro office in Lima.
**About the Role**
* Manage and coordinate document control activities with the project team and site personnel.
* Ensure compliance with project and company quality assurance procedures and standards.
* Record and distribute internal and external documentation accurately, comprehensively, and within established project timelines.
* Handle, control, and process vendor and contractor information.
* Register and perform bulk uploads of project-related information.
* Issue and record site-generated information exchanged with clients or contractors.
* Prepare and organize information for client handover at package and contract closeouts.
* Provide support to the project team and site team on the use of Ausenco’s document management system and departmental procedures.
* Keep project members informed about document management activities per the communication matrix, generating timely reports on project deliverables from Ausenco systems.
* Maintain all project documentation in Ausenco’s internal systems and in client systems required by the project.
**About You**
* Minimum 6 years’ experience working in mining or construction projects in document control roles—both office- and site-based—within multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong understanding of document control processes involving contractors, suppliers, and internal/external clients.
* Proficiency in SDX & Aconex (mandatory).
* Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
* Intermediate/advanced English (desirable).
