We are currently looking for a **Functional Analyst** Experience: * Degree in Systems Engineering * At least 1 year of experience as a Functional Analyst * **Insurance experience (Mandatory)** * Attention and support for broker interconnection. * Guidance to brokers during API interconnection. * Incident handling (coordinated with vendors) * Tracking pending items in IT related to interconnection. * Participation in the analysis and incident review process. * Proposing solutions for reported incidents. * Participation in meetings with various teams involved in incident review. * Participation in meetings with the project’s technical team to resolve questions regarding the defined solution.
