We seek a structured, responsible, and results-oriented profile. **Job Objective** To comprehensively execute the organization’s operational Human Resources processes, ensuring efficient recruitment, orderly labor documentation, attendance control, regulatory compliance, implementation of performance evaluations, and administrative support to internal departments—thereby guaranteeing a solid organizational structure and alignment with the RENASER high-performance standard. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. * Coordinate and execute onboarding and induction programs. * Manage employment contracts, renewals, and labor documentation. * Monitor attendance, tardiness, leave requests, and generate monthly reports. * Prepare payroll-related information and PLAME declarations. * Administer and consolidate performance evaluations (KPI / OKR). * Maintain updated MOF documents and job descriptions. * Prepare monthly HR reports for Management. * Organize and maintain up-to-date physical and digital personnel files. * Support internal audits and institutional document control. **Education:** Graduate, Bachelor’s degree holder, or certified professional in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **Minimum Experience:** 1–2 years in Human Resources roles. Verifiable experience in recruitment, attendance control, and labor documentation. **Mandatory Technical Knowledge:** * Peruvian labor legislation. * Attendance control and payroll variations. * PLAME management (in coordination with Accounting). * Performance evaluation management (KPI / OKR). * MOF documentation and internal processes. * Intermediate Excel (tables, filters, and information management). * Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 or management systems is desirable. **Behavioral Competencies:** * High level of order and organization. * Absolute confidentiality. * Responsibility and operational discipline. * Firm and professional communication. * Rigorous follow-up. * Analytical ability. * Results orientation. **Working Conditions:** * On-site work – Alto Selva Alegre * Administrative schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (with one-hour lunch break), and Saturdays, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM * Remuneration: S/. 1500\.00 **We Offer:** Integration into a structured and growing organization.
