Apply Incoterms and manage foreign trade documentation **Job Objective** Comprehensively manage the import process, ensuring compliance with customs and foreign trade regulations, as well as efficient coordination with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and regulatory authorities to guarantee the company’s timely supply. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage the complete import cycle for assigned companies. * Monitor cargo movement from dispatch by the international supplier until arrival at the company’s warehouses. * Coordinate with foreign suppliers on production, shipment, and dispatch dates, ensuring adherence to established schedules. * Correctly apply Incoterms in each import transaction, identifying the transfer of costs, risks, and responsibilities. * Manage the procurement of licenses, certificates of origin, and other documents required for goods importation. * Coordinate and track procedures before regulatory authorities such as DIGESA, DIGEMID, SENASA, or others, as applicable. * Review and validate import documentation in accordance with SUNAT requirements and current regulations. * Coordinate with customs brokers, logistics operators, and carriers to ensure smooth operations. * Prepare import tracking reports and maintain up-to-date information for each operation. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **RequirementsAcademic Qualifications** * Technical or university studies in International Trade, International Business, Administration, or related fields. **Experience** * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in import processes. **Knowledge** * Import management and foreign trade documentation. * Customs regulations and SUNAT procedures. * Procedures with DIGESA and DIGEMID (experience with SENASA is desirable, depending on the sector). * Proficiency in the VUCE system (Single Window for Foreign Trade). * Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Excel skills. * Knowledge and application of Incoterms. **Competencies** * Organization and planning. * Analytical ability. * Attention to detail. * Effective communication. * Proactivity. * Results orientation. **Working Conditions** **Workplace:** Breña. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: **8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.** * Saturdays: **8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.** **Remuneration:** **S/ 1,800\.00** per month. **Benefits:** Formal payroll enrollment starting from the first month of employment.
