AUTOTEC PERÚ, an industry-leading company specializing in industrial automation and instrumentation projects, services, training, and equipment sales—with national and international expansion plans—is seeking professionals to serve as: **Industrial Electricity and Electrical Panel Assembly Instructor** We seek technical or university graduates in Industrial Electricity, Industrial Electrotechnics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields, with knowledge of industrial electrical installations, control systems, and electrical panel assembly, to deliver theoretical-practical training to students and industry professionals. The instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction focused on the practical application of industrial electricity and the design, assembly, and commissioning of electrical panels—aligned with real industry needs. **Main Responsibilities** * Deliver theoretical-practical courses in Industrial Electricity and Electrical Panel Assembly. * Develop and update training modules related to industrial electrical installations, electrical control, and basic automation. * Provide technical support and guidance to students during practical exercises and projects. * Design, assemble, and conduct functional testing of power and control electrical panels. * Prepare and interpret single-line, multi-line, and control schematics. * Perform wiring of industrial electrical systems and installation of electrical components. * Select and size protective, switching, and control devices. * Develop manuals, laboratory guides, and academic materials for training programs. * Conduct technical demonstrations and specialized training for clients and companies. * Participate in technical visits, data collection, and preparation of technical reports. * Support preparation of quotations and technical proposals related to industrial electricity. * Provide logistical support for transportation, receipt, and dispatch of equipment when required. **Requirements** * Technical or university education in Industrial Electricity, Industrial Electrotechnics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Graduate, bachelor’s degree holder, or certified technician. * Minimum 6 months of experience in industrial electricity, electrical maintenance, or electrical panel assembly (including pre-professional or professional internships). * Experience as an instructor or trainer (preferred). **Knowledge in:** * Assembly and wiring of power and control electrical panels. * Reading and interpretation of industrial electrical drawings. * Contactors, relays, timers, and electrical protection devices. * Three-phase electric motors and starting systems. * Frequency inverters and soft starters. * Grounding systems and electrical safety. * Electrical measurement instruments (multimeter, clamp meter, megohmmeter, etc.). * Electrical regulations applicable to industrial installations. * AutoCAD Electrical and/or electrical design software (preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and office tools. **Benefits** * Formal employment registration. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Professional growth opportunities. * Continuous training in electrical technologies and industrial automation. * Integration into a multidisciplinary team with a technical and innovative focus. * Participation in industrial projects and specialized training programs. **Location:** Av.
