We are currently looking for an: **Information Management Analyst** **Your impact on our team:** You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the data infrastructure supporting Management Control processes, ensuring data availability, quality, and timeliness for indicator development and decision-making. Your work will be critical to ensuring process continuity and integration across multiple data sources. ### **Responsibilities** * Administer and maintain connections among various data sources used by the department. * Execute extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure reliable and up-to-date information. * Manage and administer databases, ensuring data integrity and availability. * Develop process automations and optimizations using Python and other data analytics tools. * Manage large volumes of information and integrate data from disparate systems to facilitate analysis and decision-making. * Provide technical support to end-user departments regarding reporting, data visualization, and information management. * Propose continuous improvements to data management and Business Intelligence processes. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years’ general experience managing Management Control or Information Management processes. * Minimum of 1 year’s specific experience in roles related to information management, Business Intelligence (BI), or data analysis. * Experience in database administration and maintenance. * Proficiency in ETL (extraction, transformation, and loading) processes. * Advanced proficiency in Python. * Knowledge of BigQuery, SQL, and database tools. * Experience managing large-scale information (Big Data). * Familiarity with data classification and labeling. * Desired: experience or interest in Artificial Intelligence tools. * Prior experience in the agro-industrial sector is not mandatory; we seek candidates with strong technical rigor, oriented toward system management and information integration. * **Work Mode:** Hybrid (2 days per week onsite at Fátima Avenue offices, 3 days remote). * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Schedule may occasionally shift earlier or later depending on departmental needs and in coordination with the employee) **Apply now and take the first step toward a career full of opportunities and challenges — together, let’s cultivate the fields to improve lives.** **At Camposol, we promote inclusion of persons with disabilities and gender equity, ensuring equal conditions and benefits for women and men.**
