We invite you to join our mission as an Internal Audit Analyst at our office located in the district of Magdalena del Mar. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?** Ensure efficiency, transparency, and proper use of resources through the design and implementation of the Internal Control System across all our campuses. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * 2 years of professional experience in Internal Audit and/or Internal Control. * Availability to travel to different campuses. * Availability to travel. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop the company’s Internal Control System, define the annual work plan, and risk matrices; analyze and evaluate the organization’s operational, financial, and administrative risks. * Assess compliance levels with established organizational procedures through performance indicators and periodic reviews. * Supervise and verify that organizational resources are used appropriately and efficiently. * Implement internal controls to ensure proper use of resources. * Design and present monthly reports to organizational executives. * Detect, analyze, investigate, and document suspected irregularities for corrective purposes. * Conduct virtual or on-site audits across various campuses according to scheduling or business needs. * Other duties assigned by your direct supervisor. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 am \- 5:45 pm * Saturday: 8:00 am \- 12:30 pm **BENEFITS:** * PEN 2,000 \+ PEN 200 mobility bonus * Full payroll registration (General Regime) * Corporate benefits * Excellent work environment * Opportunity for growth and continuous learning If you wish to assume a strategic role where your analysis and judgment generate real impact, this is your opportunity.
