




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT support specialist to provide on-site technical assistance, manage tickets, and recommend service improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to recommend service improvements **Academic Profile:** * Technician or graduate in Computer Science and Informatics, Systems Engineering, or related fields. **Hard Skills - Technical Knowledge** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist, Help Desk Technician, or Support Analyst. * Knowledge and management of support channels: email, web, chat, virtual assistant, etc. * Familiarity with service desk software * Knowledge of ITIL * Understanding of SLA and KPI **Soft Skills - Interpersonal Skills** * Effective communication * Teamwork * Problem solving * Continuous learning * Analytical thinking * Ethics and responsibility **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide on-site hardware/software support to users at the same location. * Perform installation/configuration of hardware, software, domain accounts, email accounts, smartphones, etc. * Track ticket resolution from initiation to closure. * Recommend service-related improvements. * Document new user requirements and emerging solutions to enrich the knowledge base. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 – S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
