We are looking for an **IT and Technical Support Manager** to lead technological management, ensure operational continuity of systems, and contribute to the organization's information security and digital transformation. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree and/or graduate in **Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields**. * Minimum **three (03) years of experience in similar positions**. * Preferred experience in **toll road concession companies**. * Preferred experience managing **toll collection operating systems**. Responsibilities: * Coordinate, supervise, and monitor the proper operation of concession systems and software. * Develop and supervise compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance plans. * Manage standards, procedures, and directives related to ICT solutions. * Ensure information security, data protection, and appropriate use of IT resources. * Supervise the operation of systems and databases. * Propose improvements to digital processes and automation of administrative tasks. * Evaluate and lead the implementation of IT infrastructure, communications, and information systems solutions. * Manage data backup and restoration policies. * Implement and supervise technology solutions aimed at ensuring operational continuity.
