Analyzes and reconciles accounting accounts **WE’RE LOOKING FOR YOUR TALENT AT LIMABLUE!** At Limablue, we are seeking a Junior Accounting Analyst to support accounting processes, ensuring accurate recording, organization, and control of the company’s financial documentation. **Requirements** * Completed technical or university studies in Accounting. * Minimum 2 years of prior experience as an Accounting Assistant, Accounting Analyst, or in similar roles. * ERP system experience is desirable. **Main Responsibilities** * Reconcile bank statements with ERP records, identifying and documenting discrepancies. * Review accuracy of accounting entries prior to monthly closing and propose corrections. * Prepare accounts payable information (outstanding invoices, due dates) for control and tracking. * Prepare accounts receivable information (issued invoices, due dates) for control and collections. * Verify that recorded transactions correspond to complete and valid supporting documentation. * Assist in calculating basic taxation (IGV, Income Tax) per applicable regulations. * Perform daily analysis of accounting accounts and balances. * Monitor and track pending documentation for recording, notifying delays or inconsistencies. * Prepare required information and documentation for external and internal audits. * Record documents and accruals in the ERP system. * Prepare accounting control reports and reconciliation reports requested by Management. **Benefits** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * CTS, bonuses, EsSalud, and Life Insurance as mandated by law. * Corporate discounts on services at our clinics. * Salary range: S/ 2,500 – S/ 3,000, subject to evaluation Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
