At IP InfoOut, a specialist in Human Resources Services, we seek top talent to join our team as a Payroll Analyst and contribute to our mission of delivering high-value solutions to our clients. **What We Are Looking For:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in: Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Management, or related fields. * Preferred: Specialization or courses in Digital Product Management, CRM, Customer Success, or Digital Transformation. **Experience:** * Experience with B2B systems and loyalty programs. **Key Challenges of the Role:** * Managing loyalty systems. * Addressing and resolving functional queries from members. * Configuring the system within permitted capabilities: * Adding / removing / modifying members and stores. * Operational adjustments to points. * Parameterizing benefits. * Validating incidents reported by users and resolving them directly if functional. * Escalating to technical staff if code-related. * Training new members or stores, as required. * Coordinating future functional improvements. * Ensuring daily program operations run correctly. **What We Offer:** * A positive work environment and a wellness-oriented culture. * Ongoing training and career development opportunities.
